Please consider the following before making a decision whether living in our apartment complex is right for you:
- This is a no-dog complex. Cats are allowed if approved by the Board.
- There are numerous restrictions on apartment sublets, at the additional annual costs to renters and shareholders. Please make sure you understand the restrictions and rules prior to your purchase.
- Please refer to the purchase application kit (page 4) for the minimum financial criteria for purchase.
- Roommates are allowed as per NYS law, but require signed disclosures and a meet and greet with the cooperative Board.
- Outside parking is on a first come – first served basis. All vehicles require parking permit stickers.
- No open-flame barbecuing is allowed on terraces or in common areas.
- Fuel and gas generators are not allowed anywhere on the property.
- Cooperative living is not for everyone. People not used to living in a close community might find it hard to adjust. Do your research!
